The
Pond House Bed and
Breakfast
invites you to join us in a unique Vermont
experience - Vermont On Line
fly•fishing workshops. These
workshops are all inclusive, allowing you
to enjoy fly-fishing with an Orvis
guide, Vermont and The
Pond House.
Where
The Pond House is located on a pastoral
horse farm in the mountains just south of
Woodstock, where unsurpassed Vermont
scenery surrounds you. We are within ten
miles of two of New England's best fly
fishing rivers, the Ottauquechee and the
Black. Our spring fed pond is available
for daily casting practice - the stone
walled herb gardens and patio for
afternoon hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
Rooms are large and well appointed with
private baths and queen size beds. Meals
are served by the fire in our dining room.
Our chef-owner, who has studied in France
and Italy, will surprise and delight with
creative and uncontrived gourmet dinners
and breakfasts

Vermont On Line fly•fishing workshop
weekends include hors d'oeuvres and wine
the evening of your arrival, breakfast, a
four course gourmet dinner with wine on
Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Accommodations at the Pond House Friday
and Saturday, a full day of casting
and fishing
instruction on the Black or Ottauquechee
River with your Orvis guide , there is one guide/2 guests maximum. This provides maximum 1:1 time- lunch on the river is included. Cocktails on
the patio Saturday with hors d'oeuvres. If your not sick of the water a quick swim in our spring fed pond might work for you.
Fishing equipment is provided by
